Dr Eberechi Ifeonu has contributed to the exclusive CLDS services to its participants by sharing his wealth of knowledge on International and Commercial law at the training sessions.

Eberechi Ifeonu, Ph.D, is a Senior Associate at Kenna Partners. He has over 13 years post-call experience, split between active litigation and graduate research. His core practice interest areas are litigation, corporate and commercial practice, debt recovery, and labour/employment law. He is also interested in international human rights law, and international criminal law (particularly international corporate criminal liability).

He has won several awards, including the University of British Columbia’s prestigious Four Year Fellowship (4YF). He is the author of a book and multiple articles in international law journals, and has also presented papers at several international conferences.

In 2008, he was awarded the prestigious Killam scholarship by Dalhousie University, Halifax, Canada, to undertake a master’s degree and, upon completion in 2009, obtained an LLM degree (distinction). In 2015, he also obtained a doctorate degree from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada (first class)
