Commercial Law Development Services - CLDS is a frontline legal and professional development organisation that provides legal and relevant business related trainings. Building on extensive experience and research in legal issues, it offers legal risk management training to legal managers, in house counsels, and general legal practitioners in the private and public sector. CLDS is currently seeking to engage dynamic, passionate, result oriented and self- motivated person with a marketing background and experience in the field of legal services to fill the position in the Organisation.


  Job Description:
                • Providing background research for the CLDS weekly electronic publication
                • Liaising with vendors and distributors for the CLDS physical publications
                • Marketing, sales and distribution of the CLDS publications
                • Developing marketing materials for all CLDS publication
                • Reviewing and preparing reports and other research literature
                • Assisting with managing the CLDS website and other social media platforms for marketing
                • Managing and maintaining the CLDS online marketing platform
                • Devising and  presenting  ideas  and  strategies  for  marketing  of  the  CLDS publications and Programmes
                • Monitoring marketing performance
                • Employing marketing  analytics  techniques  to  gather  important  data  (social media, web analytics, rankings )
                • Assisting in the organizing of promotional events and digital campaigns
                • Writing marketing  literature  (brochures,  press  releases  )  to  augment  the company’s presence in the market
                • Conducting primary  and   secondary   research   for   the   CLDS’s   physical

Qualification Required:

                • A first degree in any of the Social Sciences from a reputable university
                • Experience in Research, Sales and Marketing
