OPENING AT COMMERCIAL LAW DEVELOPMENT SERVICES

Commercial Law Development Services - CLDS is a frontline legal and professional development organisation that provides legal and relevant business related trainings. Building on extensive experience and research in legal issues, it offers legal risk management training to legal managers, in house counsels, and general legal practitioners in the private and public sector. CLDS is currently seeking to engage dynamic, passionate, result oriented and self-motivated person with a marketing background and experience in the field of legal services to fill the position in the Organization.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Job Description:
        • Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing database for sale of CLDS publications
 
        • Marketing, sales and distribution of the CLDS publications both electronic and physical
 
        • Introduce and develop new marketing strategies for the sale of CLDS publications
 
        • Identify avenues and platforms for showcasing and selling of CLDS publications
 
        • Identify and profile existing vendors and distributors as well as prospective vendors, distributors and bookshops
 
        • Maintain positive business relationships to foster continuous sales
 
        • Maintain proper and regular stock updates on all publications
 
        • Identify and attend all related seminars and conferences for sale of publications
 
        • Any other duty as may be assigned.
 

Qualification Required:

 
        • A first degree in any of the Social Sciences from a reputable University
 
        • Preferably a 2020 Batch A Corp member currently deployed to Lagos State.
