It was an all interactive and intellectual programme on Wednesday, April 26, 2017 at the Lagos Court of Arbitration (LCA), Lekki, Lagos, as legal practitioners from the private and public/government organisations and their counterparts from some of the country’s regulatory bodies (CBN, NPA, FAAN)  came together to discuss the legal risks, risk allocation and management in commercial transactions, and  also the importance of the dispute resolution clauses in commercial agreements; at the seminar organised by the Commercial Law Development Services (CLDS), on “Structuring Commercial Agreement and Contracts”.

Intellectuals like Mr Nicholas Okafor, (Partner at Udo Udoma & Belo-Osagie) Mr Olakunle Ajibola (Head of Export Desk, PPB Trade Finance, StanbicIBTC) and Mr Adebayo Adesina (Senior Counsel, Esher & Makarios Legal Practitioners)  with legal and international banking expertise were also present at the programme as speakers.
