Mr Kemi Pinheiro, SAN

Mr Kemi Pinheiro, SAN serves as a member of our seasoned and experienced CLDS faculty.  His expertise in Litigation, Contracts and Alternative Disputes Resolution (ADR) has been of immense value and benefit to our past participants. Mr Pinheiro, SAN believes in excellence and trails its path as a mark for others to follow. Oluwakemi Adekunle Pinheiro, SAN, distinguished himself as an astute and disciplined advocate with high level of integrity and uprightness. In view of this, he was made a Notary Public within 11 years of his practice in 1998. Equally, between 1997 and 1998, he was appointed the Special Assistant to the Hon. Attorney General and Commissioner of Justice, Lagos. In 2002, he became a member of the Institute of Chartered Arbitrators of Nigeria and thereafter in 2011 he was elevated to a Fellow of the Institute. He was a Director of National Bank of Nigeria Plc (now Wema Bank) and also the Chairman of Nigerian Wire and Cable, a public company quoted on The Nigerian Stock Exchange. He is also on the Board of many companies in Nigeria. To cap it all, in recognition of his distinction in legal practice and the Nigerian Bar, he was elevated to the status of a Senior Advocate of Nigeria in 2006.    
         
         

Mr Olatunde Adejuyigbe, SAN

Mr Olatunde Adejuyigbe, SAN is highly resourceful and possesses a deep knowledge of commercial law. He provides in-house training services for officers of banks and financial houses on Risk Management and Debt Recovery. In his capacity as a CLDS facilitator, Mr Adejuyigbe, SAN has significantly impacted legal and business professionals in different sectors  through his teachings on the CLDS training platforms in the areas of Litigation and Contract Drafting. Mr. Olatunde Adejuyigbe, SAN obtained his Bachelor of Law Degree (Second Class Upper Division) from the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife in July 1987 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in November 1988. Having worked with the firm of Olawoyin & Olawoyin and Kola Awodein & Co. 1988 – 1991, he thereafter set up Olatunde Adejuyigbe & Co. Mr. Adejuyigbe, SAN, is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN) and INSOL, the Global Body of insolvency Practitioners. He is the lead partner of Olatunde Adejuyigbe & Co.
         
         

Dr. Oscar Nliam

Dr. Oscar Nliam is a First Class honors product of the Nigerian Law School Abuja. He has vast experience in these following areas of law: Energy and Natural Resources, Environment, Information and Communication Technology, Banking and Insurance, Capital Markets and Securities Law and Litigation. He is presently among the team of lawyers handling a number of high profile cases for the Federal Government of Nigeria and Multinational Corporations. He is actively involved in a broad range of client’s corporate and commercial transactions ranging from advising, drafting of transaction documents, offering legal opinions to ensuring regulatory compliance. He is a recipient of Petroleum Technology Development Fund Overseas Scholarship Scheme for PhD in 2009, and a Recipient of the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) Scholarship for the Master of Law programme at Dalhousie. Dr Oscar Nliam is passionate about sharing knowledge on the areas of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), Energy and Natural Resources, Contract, and Litigation. Dr Eberechi Ifeonu

Dr Eberechi Ifeonu has contributed to the exclusive CLDS services to its participants  by sharing his wealth of knowledge on International and Commercial law at the training sessions. He has over 12 years post-call experience, split between active litigation and graduate research.  His core practice interest areas include dispute resolution, corporate and commercial practice, debt recovery, and labour/employment law.  In 2008, he was awarded the prestigious Killam scholarship by Dalhousie University, Halifax, Canada, to undertake a master’s degree and, upon completion in 2009, obtained an LL.M. degree.  He subsequently obtained a doctorate degree from the University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada.has contributed to the exclusive CLDS services to its participants by sharing his wealth of knowledge on International and Commercial law at the training sessions. Ms Ngozi Obigwe is a development sector professional with extensive experience in Nigeria and has worked with organisations that support entrepreneurs, youth and social innovators. She is an independent consultant that assists organisations in instituting systems and structures, developing business plans and strategies for efficiency and sustainability. She worked at LEAP Africa Ltd/Gte for nine and half years, where she served as the pioneer Programme Manager and rose to the position of Chief Operating Officer – COO and a Board Member. She is a member of the second cohort of the British Council organized Interaction Leadership Programme. She serves on the Board of several nonprofit organisations as well as small and medium enterprises. She also has a personality assessment certification from the Center for Creative Leadership -CCL, North Carolina.
